The Bulldogs baseball program wrapped it’s season Tuesday evening after falling to Hartville in the opening round of the class 2A state tournament in West Plains.
The matchup was a low scoring game ending in a final score of 1-0. Gainesville ends the season with a record of 15-8. The Eagles had proved to be a tough opponent for the Bulldogs this season as they were unable to route them in their previous matchup in April which ended in a score of 6-4 for Hartville.
