Cameron Davis, first elected in 2018 to represent District 9 as Justice of the Peace, is seeking a fifth term on the Baxter County Quorum Court. Davis spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News about the current state of the county and his experience in office. When asked about his decision to seek re-election, Davis cited the progress he has observed during his tenure.
While mentioning that the Baxter County budget was not as strong when he first took office, Davis was asked directly “how would you describe the state of Baxter County today?”
Davis, who serves on the county’s Economic Development Committee, was asked about the partnership between the county, citizens and local businesses and how they helped bring Aldi to Mountain Home.
The 2026 election cycle in Arkansas will follow the updated schedule established by Act 405 of 2025, which moved primary elections to March in non-presidential election years.
