The Flippin Bobcats tied for second place with Greenwood at the Cyclone Invitational on Monday at Russellville Country Club.Hudson Lindsey led Flippin with an even-par 72, good for second overall. Truett Lindsey placed seventh with a 79. Tucker Thompson carded an 83, and Peyton Moore added an 85 to round out the team scoring.
Russellville’s Riley Davis took home the individual top score, with a 69.
Russellville took home first place with a total of 305. Flippin and Greenwood finished tied for second, posting scores of 319. Van Buren shot 327 taking home 4th place.
Much of the tournament was played in steady rain, creating challenging conditions for golfers.
