Sullivant, Lunceford, Poole, Barton claim wins at Big Creek Stroke Play Championship

Seth Sullivant, Randy Lunceford, Donald Poole, and Alyssia Barton were the top finishers in their respective divisions at the Big Creek Stroke Play Championship.

Sullivant captured the overall title with a two-round total of 138, six strokes under par, posting rounds of 70 and 68 to earn $80. Gage McClain finished second at 148, four over par, taking home $50, and Andrew Gillespie placed third with a total of 150, six over par, earning $30.

In the senior division, Lunceford carded a two-round total of 141, three under par, with rounds of 69 and 72 to claim $90. Mike Gorton finished second at 147, three over par, earning $60, and John Campbell took third with a total of 151, seven over par, receiving $40.

Donald Poole won the super senior division with a two-round total of 157, 13 over par, posting rounds of 81 and 76 to earn $40. Frank Davis (166) and Richard Roberts (167) finished second and third, respectively, without prize money.

In the women’s division, Alyssia Barton finished first at 163, 19 over par, with rounds of 85 and 78 to earn $50. Judy Matty was second at 168, 24 over par, earning $30, and Nancy Carpenter placed third at 174, 30 over par.
