Arkansas State Police seizes 45 pounds of marijuana during Interstate 40 traffic stop

On Wednesday, September 10 around 3 a.m., Arkansas State Police (ASP) Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze traveling eastbound on Interstate 40 at the 87-mile marker near Pottsville.
During the stop, Troopers discovered two trash bags containing approximately 45 pounds of illegal marijuana in the trunk of the vehicle.
The driver, Breon Desean Baker, 28, of Little Rock, was arrested and transported to the Pope County Detention Center. Baker was booked on felony counts of Possession with Purpose to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
