Arkansas State Police say a woman and her two children reported missing from the Melbourne area have been found safe.
Authorities said 31-year-old Nannette Ralph, 5-year-old Scarlette Rose Talley and 10-month-old David Roy Talley were located after being last seen Sunday evening near Melbourne in Izard County.
