Arkansas State University-Mountain Home will host its 20th Anniversary Veterans Outreach and Appreciation Picnic on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 11 to 1.
The event is open to all veterans and their families. The NJROTC will present colors, and cadets will assist in serving a free lunch prepared by volunteers.
Music will be provided by the award-winning Little Rock band, Bad Habit. Multiple vendors and resources will be available to answer questions and provide assistance on veterans’ issues.
