Baxter County 4-H is inviting the community to “tee up for a cause” at a Mini Golf Fundraiser Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 4, at Little T’s Mini Golf on Highway 5 North. Check-in begins at 10:30.
Teams of five will compete in a lighthearted round of mini golf, with prizes awarded to top finishers and special categories such as “Lowest Team Score” and “Most Team Hole-in-Ones.” The $50 entry fee per team supports local 4-H programs, including educational workshops, activities, and scholarships for youth enrolled in the county’s 4-H program.
“This is more than just a day of mini golf,” said Amanda Rychtarik, Baxter County 4-H agent. “It’s a chance for families and friends of all ages to come out, have a great time, and directly support young people learning leadership, responsibility, and life skills through 4-H.”
Businesses and individuals can sponsor holes for $50 or donate prizes. Sponsors’ contributions are tax-deductible.
For more information or to register a team, contact the Baxter County Extension Office at (870) 425-2335 or email Amanda Rychtarik at arychtarik@uada.edu. Additional details are available on the county 4-H Facebook page.
