Authorities are searching for two children believed to be with their non-custodial parent, Phillip Andrew Brussel, 39.
Colt Ryder Brussel, 8, is described as a white male, 4 feet 2 inches tall, 100 pounds, with sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. Bradley Browning Brussel, 5, is described as a white male, 3 feet 5 inches tall, 60 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The children were last seen around 6 a.m. Sept. 20 at a home on Wye Mountain Estate Loop in Bigelow. Officials believe they may have traveled to Florida.
Phillip Andrew Brussel is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, 245 pounds, bald with a brown beard and hazel eyes. He is believed to be driving a red 2016 Chrysler Town & Country minivan with Arkansas license plate USAMVCT. A novelty plate on the front reads: “SPOILED AND PROUD OF IT.” The vehicle is reported stolen.
