
Four Central Arkansas women have been arrested for their involvement in an organized retail theft ring targeting TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods locations in Cabot, Conway, and Little Rock, Attorney General Tim Griffin announced Monday.
The investigation, conducted by Griffin’s office, identified six suspects coordinating thefts with a total estimated merchandise value of $6,794.82. Of the six, four have been taken into custody while two remain at large.
Jacksonville-native Cleishia Martin, 28, was arrested on September 18 by the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office and charged with one felony count of theft of property. Little Rock residents Sheneice Robinson, 33, and Balincia Matthews, 27, were arrested September 22. Robinson faces multiple felony counts of theft and engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise across Faulkner and Lonoke counties. Matthews faces similar charges in both counties and an additional theft charge in Little Rock. Jewellali Young, 28, also of Little Rock, was arrested September 23 and charged with one felony count of theft of property.
The remaining two suspects, Yasmine Washington, 28, and Imani McSwain, 28, both of Little Rock, are wanted on multiple felony charges. Washington faces one count of theft of property in Faulkner County, while McSwain faces counts of theft and engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise in both Faulkner and Lonoke counties.
