The “Glitz & Glam: Dress Up Your Denim” event is scheduled for Thursday at 6 at Big Creek Golf & Country Club in Mountain Home.
Tickets are $50 and include heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks, live music, as well as a photo booth and silent auction. All proceeds will benefit the Spectrum Connection of Arkansas, a nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness and supporting educational initiatives for autism, ADD, ADHD, and dyslexia. Spectrum Connection President, Brigitte Shipman and Vice-President Leah Coleman talked with KTLO News and shared their excitement for the upcoming event. Shipman shares some of the current and future goals as well as illustrating the need for this initiative with Coleman.
