Warm Threads of Fall: ‘Autumn in the Ozarks Quilt Show’ this weekend

The Hill ‘N Hollow Quilters Guild and the Salem Country Quilters Quilt Guild are teaming up to present the Autumn in the Ozarks Quilt Show this weekend in Mountain Home.The two-day event will be held Friday from 9 to 5, and Saturday from 9 to 4 at the educational building at the Baxter County Fairgrounds, located at 1507 Fairgrounds Drive. Admission is $7, and children under 12 are admitted free.

This year’s show will feature more than 300 quilts on display, along with vendors offering a wide variety of quilting fabrics, tools, and supplies, making the event a destination for quilters and crafters from across the region.

Peggy Moody with the Hill ‘N Hollow Quilters Guild talked with KTLO News and gives more details about the event.

With the Hill ‘N Hollow guild being around for almost 50 years, Moody says it’s a joy to watch beginners grow and learn, and they’re looking for the next generation to latch on to the skill.
