
The Mountain Home Junior Varsity Bombers capped off a perfect season Monday night with a 45-19 victory over West Plains.
The Bombers’ offense was firing on all cylinders, led by Seth Lara, who scored on touchdown runs of 14 and 10 yards. Kobe Dotson also found the end zone twice on the ground, breaking free for scores of 43 and 66 yards.
Saxton Bodenhamer added a 3-yard touchdown run, and Dotson connected with Naite Shick for an 11-yard touchdown pass. Maddox Haynes later hit Eli Reiss for a 42-yard score through the air.
The defense also came up big, with Jake Thomas and Ashton Clark each recording interceptions, while Corbin Lefevers recovered a fumble. William Tucker tacked on an extra point in the victory.
With the win, the JV Bombers finished their season undefeated at 8-0.
