
In senior boys basketball Monday night, Lead Hill pulled away early and never looked back, cruising past Timbo 79-56.The Tigers built a 19-13 lead after the opening quarter and stretched the margin to 41-25 by halftime. Lead Hill poured in 30 points in the third period to put the game out of reach, taking a 71-42 advantage into the final frame.
Noah Royce led Lead Hill with 28 points, while Coda Lemon added 17.
SENIOR GIRLS
Lead Hill’s senior girls also came away with a dominant win, rolling past Timbo 58-18 to drop the Lady Tigers to 0-6 on the season.
Cotter opened its campaign on a positive note with a 42-37 victory over Calico Rock.
Mountain Home Christian Academy fell to Eureka Springs 54-11, while Jasper improved to 4-1 with a 71-24 win over Mount Judea.
