Marked Tree High School has self-reported the use of an ineligible player and will forfeit all victories from the 2025 football regular season, the Arkansas Activities Association announced.
As a result, Manila, Gurdon, Izard County, and McCrory are awarded wins in their matchups against Marked Tree. Izard County and McCrory also receive conference victories and the maximum 13 playoff tie-breaker points. Marked Tree’s record is now 1-8 entering their season finale.
The forfeits could impact playoff seeding and conference standings as teams prepare for the postseason.
