No. 22/21 Arkansas returns to the CBS Sports Thanksgiving Classic on Thursday, facing No. 4 Duke at the United Center in Chicago. Tipoff is set for 7 on CBS.
The matchup showcases some of the nation’s top freshmen. Arkansas guards Meleek Thomas and Darius Acuff Jr. both rank among the top 15 freshman scorers nationally and are two of just seven first-year players averaging at least 16 points and four assists. Thomas and Duke’s Cameron Boozer are the only freshmen in the country averaging at least 16.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.5 steals.
Following the Duke contest, Arkansas returns home for the ACC/SEC Challenge, hosting No. 6/5 Louisville on Dec. 3 at 6:00 on ESPN.
Three days later, the Razorbacks make their annual trip to North Little Rock to play at Simmons Bank Arena on Dec. 6 before heading back on the road to meet No. 20 Texas Tech in Dallas on Dec. 13.
