The Mountain Home Planning Commission is set to meet Monday at 1 to consider several development and zoning items, including two subdivision plats and two rezoning requests.The agenda includes a final plat for Big Creek Estates Phase III, presented by Ellington Engineering Services.
Commissioners will also consider two separate rezoning requests: one from R-4 to R-3 for property owned by Thomas E. Embach near the end of Parkway Drive, and another from R-1 to C-2 for Freeman Holdings of Arkansas LLC at 2471 Highway 62 West. Both requests will be presented by attorney Ted Sanders.
The commission is also scheduled to review a revised zoning ordinance presented by the city’s planning and engineering department.
