Bull Shoals city workshop set for Tuesday

The City of Bull Shoals will hold a workshop on Tuesday at City Hall. The meeting begins at 6 and is open to the public.

According to the agenda, Patrol Officer Haley Herren will present information on her “Fill-A-Cruiser” project. Council members will also hear from Russ Meinking regarding a bass tournament that needs city sponsorship and volunteers, and from Mike Howell on a grant for the Damsite Campground.

The agenda includes old business involving Ordinance 2025-15 on the alcohol privilege tax, and a vote on increasing pay for Ed Martin for completion of the Water 2 distribution license requirements.

New business items include Ordinance 2025-16 involving water, sewer and sanitation services; Ordinance 2025-17 establishing policies and procedures for electronic fund transfers; Resolution 2025-R-29 regarding police officers on salary; and the repeal of Resolution 2025-R-24.

The council will also discuss an invoice from Jack Tyler Engineering for lift station number six and a proposal to end blue bag pickup.
