Mountain Home’s Bomber Bands are getting into the holiday spirit with a pair of Christmas concerts this week.
On Thursday the Pinkston 7th Grade Band and the Junior High Band will take the stage at 7:00 in Dunbar Auditorium. The jazz band, made up of both middle and junior high students, will also perform, along with woodwind, brass, and percussion ensembles. The program promises a mix of festive holiday music.
Then on Sunday, the Mountain Home High School Bomber Band will perform at 2:30, also in Dunbar Auditorium. Their program will feature familiar holiday favorites, including “Feliz Navidad,” “Jesu,” “Joy of Man’s Desiring,” “Carol of the Bells,” and a variety of other Christmas tunes.
Admission to both concerts is free, and the public is invited to come enjoy the holiday music.
