The Mountain Home Junior High basketball teams faced Paragould on Monday night, with mixed results.
In boys’ action, the 7th grade Bombers fell 36-18, while the 8th grade boys were defeated 47-34. The 9th grade boys also came up short, dropping their matchup 53-29.
On the girls’ side, the 7th grade Lady Bombers claimed the lone victory of the night with a dominant 41-6 win. The 8th grade girls were edged 23-14, and the 9th grade girls lost their contest 31-24.
