The man charged in connection with the accident is 45-year-old Ian Michael Tice of Mountain Home. The other driver, Michael Mooney of Mountain Home, was not injured in the accident.

He is being held on a $50,000 bond.
The accident happened on Arkansas State Highway 201 North, north of Blue Wing Road in Clarkridge at 12:15 Wednesday afternoon.
