It was basketball time in The Hangar once again for the Bombers as they welcomed Greene County Tech to town on Thursday. The Bombers and Tech would get into an early shootout as Bailor Tate would knock down three threes for the Bombers but would trail the Eagles 18-13 after one quarter. After a chippy and back and forth 2nd quarter the Bombers could only muster 6 points and would head into the halftime break down 33-19. The Eagles would soar once more and double up the Bombers 20-10 in the 3rd quarter to take a 53-29 lead into the final stanza. Mountain Home would lead one last charge and score 24 points, nearly doubling their score, in the final session but would get no closer than 15 and the Eagles would wrap up the 71-53 victory.

Bailor Tate led Mountain Home with 19 points and Rhett Gilbert added 12.

Mountain Home falls to 6-6 on the campaign and will be back in action, in The Hangar, on Monday for the hoops edition of the battle at the border.
