
Central Arkansas pulls away in the second half for a 93-73 win over Stetson on Saturday night at the Farris Center, improving to 7-8 overall and 2-0 in ASUN play.
The Bears build a 41-28 halftime lead and take advantage of 15 Stetson turnovers, converting them into 19 points. Central Arkansas also gets 38 points off the bench in the victory.
Camren Hunter leads all scorers with 21 points, surpassing his season average and adding multiple steals on the defensive end. Ty Robinson continues his strong stretch, scoring 20 or more points for the third straight game. Truman Byrne adds a career-high 11 points, knocking down two three-pointers.
Central Arkansas extends the lead early in the second half and never looks back, pushing the margin to more than 20 before closing out the win.
The Bears head back on the road Thursday, traveling to Bellarmine for a tipoff at 6 in Louisville.
