A Mountain Home man has been arrested a second time in less than four months for stealing a vehicle. Just four days after being released from jail for the same crime, 26-year-old Kole Edward Brahm was arrested Dec. 28 and is facing one felony charge for his latest incident.

According to the probable cause affidavit from the Mountain Home Police Department, Brahm was at a business and got into a vehicle and went to drive it away. A witness asked Brahm what he was doing and Brahm said it was a friend’s vehicle and it was OK.

Video was obtained from the business showing Brahm leaving in the truck. Traffic cameras show the truck being driven in Mountain Home.

Baxter County deputies found Brahm later that day in Norfork and took him into custody, but he denied having the vehicle. It was later recovered according to Mountain Home Police.

Brahm is facing a felony charge of theft of property. He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center with bond set at $20,000.

PREVIOUS ARREST

Brahm was arrested in October for stealing a vehicle. He pled guilty to a reduced charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle and was sentenced to 90 days in the Baxter County Detention Center.
