A Boone County man has been arrested for sexual indecency with a child involving a family member. Fifty-three-year Benjamin Douglas Woods of Omaha is being held in the Boone County Jail.
According to the probable cause affidavit from the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, an 11-year-old family member told investigators Woods took him to a creek where he exposed himself and made an inappropriate bet while skipping rocks.
During the investigation, several other family members were interviewed who said Woods sexually abused them when they were younger.
Woods is being held on $10,000 cash only bond.
