90% of Baxter County roads passed once; crews back at it today for 2nd passes

Baxter County Judge Kevin Litty is reporting that his crews have been working nonstop and as of yesterday had passed over 90 percent of the 700 miles of county roads. His crews will be back at it today and all week until the job is done.
