The latest Arkansas Sports Media boys’ high school basketball poll for the week ending Jan. 24 shows several North Central Arkansas teams earning recognition, led by Flippin and Bergman in Class 3A.
Flippin, 24-5 on the season, ranks fourth in Class 3A, while Bergman is fifth. Newport tops the classification.
Lead Hill and Calico Rock are right outside the top 5, with both teams receiving votes.
The poll, compiled from votes by sports media across the state, reflects team records, recent performances and overall strength of schedule.
