Several area teams continue to make an impact in the latest Arkansas Sports Media Boys’ High School Basketball Poll released for the week ending Feb. 7, with Flippin and Lead Hill both earning spots among the state’s best in their respective classifications.
Flippin checks in at No. 4 in Class 3A with a 28-5 record, continuing a strong season that has kept the Bobcats among the top contenders in the class. Lead Hill also moved into the rankings, landing at No. 5 in Class 1A with a 27-5 mark.
The Arkansas Sports Media Poll is voted on weekly by a panel of sportswriters and broadcasters from around the state and includes an overall Top 10 along with rankings in Classes 6A through 1A.
