Missouri baseball opens the 2026 season this weekend in Fort Myers, Florida, with a three-game neutral-site series against Mount St. Mary’s at Terry Park.
First pitch is set for 5 p.m. Friday, followed by games at 3 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday. The series begins a seven-game road trip in the Sunshine State that also includes a midweek matchup at Florida Atlantic on Feb. 17 and a three-game set against New Haven on Feb. 2022.
Graduate left-hander Javyn Pimental is scheduled to start on Opening Day for the Tigers after missing the 2025 season following Tommy John surgery. Junior right-hander Josh McDevitt and sophomore left-hander Brady Kehlenbrink are slated to start the remaining games of the series.
Mount St. Mary’s enters the season after a 23-28 campaign in 2025 and a sixth-place finish in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.
All games will be streamed on the Varsity Network with longtime Mizzou play-by-play announcer Tex Little on the call.
