MH’s Weatherford among area selections on 2026 All-State Bowling Team

Several area bowlers are being recognized among the best in the state after the Arkansas Activities Association released its 2026 All-State selections.

In Class 5A girls competition, Mountain Home’s Chloe Weatherford earned third-place All-State honors after rolling a 500 series, capping off an impressive season on the lanes for the Lady Bombers.

Norfork was well represented in the 2A-1A boys division, placing two bowlers on the All-State list. Kylan Golmon claimed second place with a strong 629 series, while teammate Dylan Packard finished seventh with a 564 series.

Area girls also made their mark in the 2A-1A division. Calico Rock’s Kenya Speirs placed sixth with a 433 series. Norfork’s Jenna Rasmusen followed in seventh with a 421, and Izard County’s Faith Wisecarver rounded out the local honorees with an eighth-place finish after rolling a 414 series.
