3A-2 district tournament pairings set for Monday in Mountain View

First-round matchups for the 3A-2 District Tournament are set for Monday at Mountain View, with area girls and boys teams opening postseason play.

In girls action, No. 5 seed Valley Springs will face No. 8 seed Flippin at 4, followed by No. 6 seed Cave City taking on No. 7 seed Yellville-Summit at 6:30.

On the boys side, No. 5 seed Cave City will meet No. 8 seed Salem at 5:15, while No. 6 seed Yellville-Summit squares off against No. 7 seed Valley Springs at 7:45.
