Baxter Health announced that Beverly Clark, DNP, APRN, has transitioned to Baxter Health Family Clinic at Mountain View effective Feb. 2.
Clark now practices alongside Candice Caldwell, APRN, and Brooke Whitt, APRN, at the clinic located at 103 Mountain Place Drive. She previously served patients at Baxter Health Main Street Family Clinic.
Baxter Health officials say Clark will continue providing comprehensive primary care with a focus on patient-centered service, helping maintain access to healthcare for residents of Mountain View and surrounding communities.
Patients currently under Clark’s care have been notified of the transition. Appointments may be scheduled by calling the clinic at 870-269-3447 or by visiting baxterhealth.org.
