Items listed on the agenda include review of council meeting minutes from Jan. 29, the treasurer’s report, and questions on submitted reports, including proposed Planning and Zoning code changes and additions.
Old business topics include a meeting place rental contract, trash pickup contracts submitted by Methvin and MSI, SCADA, and Ordinance 2026-03, which is up for a second reading.
Under new business, council members are set to consider amendments to Ordinance 2007-06, Resolution 2026-R-01 concerning Board of Zoning Adjustment members, and Resolution 2026-R-02 regarding a policy on artificial intelligence. The agenda also notes that a recycle pump at the sewer plant has failed and may need replacement at an estimated cost of about $3,000.

The mayor is also expected to comment on the city’s acquisition of a smoke machine for sewer line testing, which will be conducted throughout the year with advance notification provided to dispatch and posted on the city’s website.
