PT Accounts Receivable Clerk

Arkansas State University–Mountain Home is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Responsibilities include all aspects of customer service for student billing, i.e., answering students’ billing questions, ensuring accurate charges to student accounts, posting payments to student accounts (walk-in payments, Federal financial aid, scholarships, etc.), processing refunds by direct deposit or paper check, billing for 3rd parties & students with outstanding balances, coordinating the income tax setoff for delinquent student accounts, and validating schedules. This position is also responsible for the daily cashier balance and bank deposit preparation. To qualify for this position, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of experience in administrative support or customer service is preferred.
