
Baxter Health is inviting patients, staff, and community members to provide feedback as the organization seeks redesignation through the Magnet Recognition Program.
The Magnet Recognition Program, administered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, is considered the highest credential a healthcare organization can achieve for nursing excellence. The designation indicates an organization meets stringent, evidence based standards in nursing and patient care delivery.
Baxter Health first received Magnet designation in 2021 and is now applying for redesignation.
As part of the review process, the public is invited to submit comments to the Magnet Program Office. Patients, family members, staff, and other interested parties may provide feedback by email or by mail.
All comments must be submitted by April 10, 2026. Anonymous comments must be sent in writing to the Magnet Program Office. According to the notice, all comments will be kept confidential and will not be shared with the organization.
