Lady Bombers chase history in Saturday’s state championship game; KTLO set to broadcast

The Mountain Home Lady Bombers will play for the state championship Saturday, and fans across the region will be able to follow the action through KTLO’s live coverage.

The game is scheduled for noon at Bank OZK Arena in Hot Springs. It marks the first time since 1995 that the Lady Bombers have reached the state title game.

KTLO spoke with Voice of the Bombers Brad Coleman, who relives the moment he realized the team was headed to the state finals.

The KTLO broadcast team will provide audio coverage of the game, with commentary from Coleman and analysis from coach Brian “Coach O” Ostermann. The broadcast will be available on KTLO’s Classic Hits 101.7 and through the station’s online streaming platforms.

Coleman said the broadcast is the result of a full team effort behind the scenes.

Fans who cannot attend the game in person can listen to the live broadcast or watch the televised coverage while syncing the KTLO radio call.

Community members are also encouraged to travel to Hot Springs to support the team as the Lady Bombers attempt to capture their first state championship in nearly three decades.
