The Baxter County Election Commission has announced it will conduct public testing of the county’s voting equipment ahead of the 2026 Preferential Republican Primary Runoff.
The logic and accuracy testing will begin at 11 on Thursday and will continue until completed.
Testing will take place at the Baxter County Election Commission office, located at 213 East 5th Street in Mountain Home.
The test is meant to ensure election equipment and media are functioning properly for both early voting and Election Day. The public is encouraged to attend.
