Lady Bombers fall to Siloam Springs, look ahead to Van Buren

The Mountain Home Lady Bombers fell to Siloam Springs in varsity action, dropping a 9-2 decision.

Mountain Home was led at the plate by Maddie Simmons, who went 2-for-3 on the night. Libby Dewey added a hit, finishing 1-for-4, while Leah Bockstahler provided the biggest swing of the game with a solo home run, going 1-for-3 with an RBI.

In junior varsity play, the Lady Bombers also came up short, falling to Siloam Springs 5-1.

With the results, Mountain Home’s varsity squad now stands at 2-3 overall and 1-2 in conference play. The JV team moves to 2-1 on the season.
