
Families are invited to attend a community Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for Saturday at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home hosted by the Mountain Home Junior Auxiliary.
The event will begin that morning at 10 on the ASUMH campus and is free to the public. Activities will include egg hunts for children, an appearance by the Easter Bunny, and prize opportunities.The event is scheduled with staggered start times by age group to accommodate participants. Children ages 1 to 3 will begin at 10 a.m., followed by ages 4 to 7 at 10:20 a.m., and ages 8 to 10 at 10:30 a.m.
Auxiliary member Mary House says attendees watching have as much fun as the kids participating.

House says auxiliary member spend a lot of time in preparation filling over 6000 eggs for the kids but it is worth it to see the happy faces enjoying the egg hunt.

The event will take place near the Highway 62 entrance to the university in the first field on the right. Guests are encouraged to enjoy their time at the campus after the event.
