
The Mountain Home Bomber soccer team picked up a key conference win Tuesday night with a 2-0 victory over Farmington on the road.
Mountain Home led 1-0 at halftime and added another goal in the second half to secure the shutout.
Adrian Benito Gonzalez and Anthony Jones each found the back of the net for the Bombers. Gonzalez and Dierks Beauregard were credited with assists.
Goalkeeper Zach Padgett recorded five saves to preserve the shutout.
With the win, Mountain Home improves to 8-3 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
The Bombers will return to action Thursday at home against Alma. Junior varsity boys will begin at 4, followed by varsity boys at 5 and varsity girls at 7.
