Mountain Home man seriously injured in motorcycle accident near Kansas City

A Mountain Home man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident near Kansas City Monday night. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 46-year-old was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.

The Patrol does not release the names of those involved in motor vehicle or boating accidents.

According to the report, the accident happened when the man’s motorcycle hit the curb in a roundabout and the vehicle came to rest on its side.

The crash happened on Missouri State Highway 116 at the intersection with Missouri State Highway 69, ten miles west of Polo at 10:30 Monday night. The crash site is northeast of Kansas City.
