Duties and Responsibilities:

The schedule is Monday-Friday with the day starting at 6:00 am.  The weekly schedule is typically 50 hours a week and can include weekly overnight travel and hotel stay;  Make collections and deposits daily, including cash, checks, ACH, or credit card set up;  Maintain accurate inventory in your route book, this includes tracking sales prices for stores and install and set up displays along with promotional materials; Set up, replenish, rotate, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at local stores on a route while operating a company vehicle on your assigned route; Provide exceptional customer service by keeping inventory stocked, displays clean, introducing new products, and rotating slow-moving items; Represent the company professionally, maintaining a positive, personable attitude with customers and partners; Work independently while being a part of a motivational and supportive team.  It’s an exciting time for our company!  If you are ready to unleash your sales potential and help fulfill our mission, apply today!

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and good driving record; tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Cin7); previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or retail preferred; able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation; physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently; be 25 years of age or older; must be able to rent and operate a rental car through a company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits; exceptional friendly can do attitude with great confidence; go-getter done attitude; and great organizational skills.

Compensation Range:

$42,000-$50,000; $370 Base Pay; 5% Commission (based on current weekly average $350); 2% quarterly bonus current weekly average of $143 based on 3% growth per quarter; many incentives and product GP bonus average current weekly average $100; 3% growth can be through new accounts, rack replacements, and store penetration
