A Hoxie woman has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after a Lawrence County jury found her guilty of raping a child.
Courtney Hope Green, 28, was convicted April 2 of rape involving a victim under 14, a Class Y felony, and sexual indecency with a child, a Class D felony. She was sentenced to 300 months on the rape charge and 72 months on the sexual indecency charge, to be served concurrently.
Upon release, Green will be required to register as a sex offender and pay court costs and fees.
Authorities say Green was arrested last July along with Brandon Allen Leonard after deputies received a video in October 2024 showing them engaging in sex acts with a child.
Leonard previously pleaded guilty to rape and was sentenced to 420 months in prison, along with additional time on related charges.
