A single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning in Marion County has claimed the life of one minor and left three other minors injured.
According to Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander, deputies responded to the crash at approximately 4:45 Saturday morning at the intersection of Marion County roads 7019 and 7023.
Officials say the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve and overturned, ejecting one of the occupants. The individual who was thrown from the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three other occupants were transported to Baxter Health for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and the Arkansas State Police.
