The City of Flippin is accepting applications for a full-time laborer in the Public Works Department.
Job Requirements/Description:
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Duties include wastewater system maintenance (sewer line cleaning, leak repair); water system work (installing services, meter reading, leak repair); street maintenance (pothole patching, ditch/culvert cleaning, mowing, snow removal); and park maintenance (mowing, trash pickup, restroom cleaning, field prep).
Qualifications:
This position requires a valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent. Must be available for after hours emergency calls, including nights and weekends, and willing to travel for training.
Benefits/Salary:
Pay: Hourly, paid bi-weekly
