Gassville city council approves minimum starting wages, outdoor burning regulation

The Gassville City Council met Tuesday evening for 90 minutes with Council Member Naomi Lassen absent. During the meeting minimum starting wage rate, cybersecurity policy, a regulation on outdoor burning and other items were discussed.
