A Gassville man arrested in October last year and again in early September this year on drug-related-charges appeared in Baxter County Circuit Court/Criminal Division September 15.
Twenty-nine-year-old Justin James Coddington pled guilty to the charges against him and was sentenced to five years in prison. The newest case was set up after Coddington was arrested in a drug bust arrest in early September conducted by a number of law enforcement agencies.
The drug bust arrest was made after officers and agents served a search warrant at a residence belonging to 43-year-old Deanna Blue. Coddington was found there also.
Officers located 32.6 grams of methamphetamine in the residence, numerous smoking devices, several packages holding plastic bags commonly used in drug sales. A set of digital scales and $260 in cash were also found.
Blue is also charged in the case.
OCTOBER 2024 ARREST

They did not find the person being sought, but did find Coddington and three others in the room. In addition, Fentanyl and paraphernalia used to ingest the drug were found.
