Paint it Purple, Baby! Brooklynn Mitchell Signs with Ouachita Baptist

A third Lady Bomber Basketball player has announced her intentions to play basketball at the collegiate level. Mountain Home’s Brooklynn Mitchell has committed to continue her academic and basketball career at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. Mitchell, an all conference and all state tournament team recipient, averaged 10.8 points per game on a team that went 26-7 and lost in the state semifinals.

Mitchell had many offers across the midwest, but explains why she chose Ouachita Baptist.

Brooklynn joins fellow Lady Bomber Basketball seniors Jayla Yonkers (Missouri Southern – Basketball), Livi Fosness (Harding – Basketball), and Laken Anderson (Harding – Softball) who have committed to continue their academic and athletic careers at the next level.

Brooklynn is the daughter of Neal and Julie Mitchell.
