Only Mountain Home’s girls tennis teams were in action at Legacy Racquet Club on Thursday. Originally, Mountain Home was scheduled to also play boys matches but those were canceled.
In the abbreviated action, Mountain Home’s Mary Charles McConnell won her singles match 8-1, and Addison Decker won her match 8-0. Decker/McConnell teamed up to a take an 8-2 victory in their doubles match. In other doubles action London Teague/Emma Fowler won 8-0, and Maggie Norcross/Shelby McBride won their match 8-2, completing the 5 match sweep for Mountain Home.
Both of Mountain Home’s tennis squads will be back in action at Little Rock Catholic on September 30th.
