
The Cotter Lady Warriors are the 2A East Regional Volleyball Champions after an incredible comeback victory over Piggott Wednesday night.Cotter’s impressive set-winning streak came to an end at 57, but the Lady Warriors battled back from a two-set deficit to win in five and capture the regional title. The win improves Cotter’s record to 20-0, setting a new school mark for the most wins in a single season.
Reagan Cowart led the way for Cotter, setting a new school record with 45 assists in the match. KTLO Sports spoke with Cowart about how it feels to break the record.

Cowart also added seven digs, three kills, and two aces.
Kenna Collins had a dominant performance at the net with 22 kills, 12 digs, and eight blocks, while Myah McNutt added 19 kills, 10 digs, and nine blocks.
Riley Brotherton anchored the defense with 20 digs, followed by Gracyn Jackson with 17 digs and six kills, and Kaydence Kawell with 12 digs. Zaylor Brotherton contributed seven digs and two aces in the win.
With the regional title secured, the Lady Warriors will advance to next week’s Class 2A State Volleyball Tournament.
